Most contractors already belong to a dozen local Facebook Groups — neighborhood pages, city buy-sell-trade boards, homeowner communities, contractor referral rooms. Every one of them is a source of jobs, and every one of them is also a copy-and-paste tax: open the Group, paste the caption, attach the photos, click Post, close the tab, do it again, remember which Group you posted in yesterday so you do not double up this week. By the tenth Group the day is gone and the schedule is not full.

Postwise posts into the local Facebook Groups you already belong to by driving Facebook's own Group post dialog — the same composer you would use by hand — with the caption and photos you approved in advance. It runs on the cadence you choose, and it remembers which Group it hit this week so it never double-posts inside your window.
A week on autopilot.
Monday morning Postwise opens Facebook in the background, walks through your approved Groups list in the order you set, and files a fresh post into each one it has not hit this week — pausing on any that fall inside the weekly window. On the days between, it picks up where it left off with a new photo and copy variant, so the same Group never sees the same ad twice in a row.

- Friday — any Group whose weekly window has reset, filled from the pool you approved.

Postwise navigates to the Group, waits for Facebook's own "Write something" composer to mount, pastes your caption into Facebook's own field, attaches the photos, and clicks Facebook's own Post button. Nothing is forged, nothing bypasses Facebook's submit path — Postwise is the operator sitting at the keyboard, using the same composer your thumb would use.

- You pick the Groups. Postwise never joins new ones and never posts anywhere you did not authorize.
- You pick the cadence — daily, every other day, weekly — and Postwise will not exceed it.
- Postwise skips any Group already hit inside your window, so the same audience never sees the same post twice in a week.

- Do I have to join new Groups?
- No. Postwise only posts into Groups you already belong to. It never joins new ones on your behalf.
- What if a Group admin removes my post?
- Remove that Group from your list and the next run skips it — no re-attempts, no arguments.
- Can I still post manually?
- Yes, any time, from the same panel. Manual posting is a first-class flow and never fights the schedule.
